Repeat Hangar Designs
Repeat hangar designs are standardised, time-tested 12 metre wide hangars. The structural calculations are already complete, so construction can begin without a long and expensive individual design stage.
You can choose the length to suit your needs in 6 metre steps – for example 12×12 m, 18×12 m, 24×12 m, 36×12 m and so on. This modular principle lets you match the building to a real requirement instead of paying for unnecessary floor area.
When a repeat design is worth choosing
If you need a non-standard width or a more complex solution, we design individually – in that case insulated or sheet-metal hangars are built to your brief.
- you want to start work immediately, without waiting for individual design;
- you want to save on individual design costs;
- a 12 m width suits you, with the length chosen in 6 metre steps;
- you want a solution already proven in practice, whose behaviour we can predict.
How the work is done
The sequence is shorter, because the design stage is already complete:
You can view examples of designed hangars in the catalogue, which includes the most popular sizes from 6×12 m to 24×30 m.
Want to start building sooner and without extra design costs? Tell us what length of hangar you need and we will propose a suitable repeat option.
We discuss the purpose
We establish what the hangar is for and what length you need.
We select the option
We propose a suitable repeat design from proven solutions.
We prepare the components
Elements are manufactured at the factory under controlled conditions.
We assemble the structure
The hangar is put together on your site from prepared elements.
What "structural calculations are already done" means
It means the structural solutions have been prepared and verified in advance, so there is no need to repeat the whole design cycle for each site. For you that means a shorter wait and lower design costs.
Standardisation does not mean the building will be unsuitable for your activity – the length is chosen to suit you, and the purpose and finish are discussed individually.
How the length is chosen
Because the module is 6 metres, the length can be increased gradually. In practice you choose between several close options and pick the one that best matches the planned activity and what the plot allows.
It is worth thinking beyond today. A few metres of margin costs little at the design stage but later saves extending the building or putting up a second one.
Repeat or individual design
An individual design is needed when a width other than 12 m is required, when the height is non-standard, when the layout is more complex, or when the building must match existing structures. During the consultation it usually becomes clear quite quickly which route fits.
Structural design in the EU is based on the common Eurocode standards, and the European Commission publishes an overview of construction sector regulation.
Why choose us
Over 15+ years of experience we have completed 100+ projects and worked with 200+ clients in Kaunas and central Lithuania. The repeat designs are a result of that experience – solutions that have proven themselves on real sites.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a width other than 12 m?
Repeat designs are prepared for a 12 m width. For other dimensions we prepare an individual design.
Can a repeat hangar be insulated?
We discuss the building type and finish individually – tell us what the hangar is for.
What lengths are possible?
Length is chosen in 6 metre steps, for example 12×12 m, 18×12 m, 24×12 m, 36×12 m.
Does this mean lower quality?
No. A standardised solution only means the design work is already done and verified.
Where can I see examples?
Designed hangar sizes are in the catalogue, and you can reach us on the contacts page.
